WOWorks adds Zoup!, Barberitos to restaurant portfolio

WOWorks, the Florida-based parent company of banners including Saladworks and Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, has acquired burrito concept Barberitos and fast-casual soup chain Zoup! Eatery. The acquisition creates a WOWorks portfolio of six restaurant brands, and the company expects to end the year with upwards of 400 units. Restaurant Business
