TGI Fridays has created Fridays on the Fly, a small-format concept that will focus on off-premises orders. Almost one third of Fridays’ revenue now comes from off-premises sales, and the new 2,500-square-foot stores will feature indoor dining areas but will be focused mostly on serving takeout and delivery orders.
