Survey: Majority of cities curb infrastructure plans

Sixty-five percent of cities surveyed by the National League of Cities are postponing or canceling infrastructure projects and capital expenditures because of the coronavirus pandemic. Almost 70% of cities say they have not received funding through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act. Read the CNBC story here
