Starbird Chicken to grow to 9 units with $4M in new funding

Starbird Chicken has raised $4 million in funding, the largest equity fundraising round from current investors and industry insiders. The self-proclaimed “super-premium fast food” chain plans to have nine locations open by first quarter of 2021. Read the Restaurant Hospitality online story here
