Coming second on the list of most popular homeware brands on Instagram is Anthropologie with 1,316,719 Instagram tags. This brand is well-known for clothing, but it is also popular for its range of homeware – which includes chairs, sofas, beds, and tables.
Zara Home comes third with a total of 703,481 Instagram tags. The company has soared in popularity over the last few years, due to its super-trendy furniture, cushions, and vases.
West Elm is fourth on the list of most popular homeware brands on Instagram. West Elm is well known for its modern furniture and home accessories which has resulted in the brand receiving 490,407 Instagram tags.
Completing the top five is Maisons du Monde with a total of 461,318 Instagram tags. The French company now has 265 stores across Europe and has everything you need from modern design to vintage glamour.

Coming second on the list of most popular homeware brands on TikTok is Amazon Home with 259,200,00 TikTok hashtag views. It is hardly a surprise to see Amazon make the list due to the endless amounts of products the company sells, with homeware goods proving to be popular on the ecommerce site.
Amara comes third with a total of 76,500,000 TikTok views. The company has gained popularity over the last few years, due to luxurious designer items from the likes of Tom Dixon, Orla Kiely, and Missoni.
Anthropolgie is fourth on the list of most popular homeware brands on TikTok. This brand is well-known for clothing, but it is also popular for its range of homeware – which includes chairs, sofas, beds, and tables, receiving a total of 33,700,000 TikTok hashtag views.
Completing the top five is West Elm with a total of 13,000,000 TikTok hashtag views. West Elm is well known for its modern furniture and home accessories.

Methodology

  1. OnlineMortgageAdvisor.co.uk trawled through previous research into the most popular homeware brands.
  2. This then allowed them to narrow down 36 of the most popular homeware brands.
  3. The team then looked at Instagram hashtag tags/TikTok hashtag views, noting down the total number of tags/views each homeware brand received.
  4. This enabled them to rank the homeware brands from highest to lowest based on popularity.
  5. The data was gathered on 25/05/21 and is accurate as of then.
