Sephora, Ulta map brick-and-mortar growth strategies

Sephora expects to open about 60 standalone locations this year, in addition to in-store shops it will launch with new retail partner Kohl’s. The beauty retailer and competitor Ulta Beauty are both boosting their investments in brick-and-mortar retail this year, with Ulta unveiling a second New York City flagship March 5.
