On March 22nd, over 400 people attended the official groundbreaking of the
new Sewell Ford-Lincoln of Odessa dealership near Parks Legado Town Center.
Sewell Ford has been a cornerstone of Odessa since 1935 when they established Sewell Motor Co., originally located at Texas and 2nd Streets. In 1969, the dealership moved to their current location on East 8th Street.
The new 25,000 SF Showroom, 63-bay Service Garage and automated carwash marks this
facility as the largest Ford Lincoln service location between Phoenix and Fort Worth. Located on 23 acres, the project is part of The Sewell Family of Companies’ larger development plan to help expand East Odessa. Construction started in late April and is scheduled to complete in June 2017.
The architect is Good, Fulton and Farrell of Dallas, TX.
Schwob Building Company is pleased to have been selected as the General Contractor for this exciting new project. Working as a team, the Sewell Family of Companies and Schwob Building Company have achieved success on multiple projects over the past 10 years.
