Schimenti Construction Company broke ground on a new $15 million retail shopping development in the Deptford Town Center shopping center in Deptford, N.J. The one-story 100,000-square-foot building will be the first to include every Bed Bath & Beyond brand under one roof: Bed Bath & Beyond, Christmas Tree Shops, buybuy Baby and Harmon Face Values. Construction began in June and is slated for completion in December 2013. The building, on a 14-acre site within the Deptford Town Center, is located at 1729–1795 Deptford Center Road.
