Restaurants find ways to keep feeding their fans

Some US restaurants are transforming their typical business models to cater to the needs of a society coping with the coronavirus outbreak. Seattle fine-dining eatery Canlis has become a drive-thru selling bagels in the morning and casual fare later in the day, Chicago’s Alinea is feeding demand for takeout comfort food and fast-casual chain Crisp & Green has created a meal kit business.
