Red Robin maps a plan for recovery

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers outlined several steps it is taking to foster growth and minimize costs, starting with shifting restaurant supervisory roles from salaried managers to hourly staffers. The company is also planning a bigger rollout of Donato’s pizza, which is expected to generate $60 million in annual sales, and will keep in place the streamlined menu adopted in response to the pandemic.
