Philly chef bringing noodle shop to DC as a ghost kitchen

With his eponymous Philadelphia restaurant closed due to pandemic restrictions, award-winning chef Peter Serpico is launching a new concept inspired by dishes from his Korean American upbringing. Serpico started Pete’s Place Noodle Bar in Philadelphia in October and will bring the concept to Washington, DC, as a delivery-only ghost kitchen this week. Read the Washingtonian story here
