Parsons announced the appointment of Stuart Kippelman to the position of Chief Information Officer, responsible for defining and delivering information technology strategies and capabilities across the enterprise.

He is well-versed in acquisitions and integrations, has a history of leading world-class teams, and brings a measurable track record of helping companies achieve revenue growth.”
Kippelman will work in collaboration with Parsons business leaders on IT innovations, standards and opportunities across the company’s areas of focus including data analytics and business intelligence, development and support, infrastructure, security, and technical services.

Prior to joining Parsons, Kippelman served in roles of increasing responsibility across numerous companies. He served as a CIO at Johnson & Johnson, Covanta Energy, and Platform Specialty Products. He is also the recipient of numerous recognitions including STEMconnector’s Top 100 CIOs in STEM 2015, Computerworld’s 2014 Premier 100 IT Leader Award, and the CIO Top 100 Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Kippelman serves as a career mentor for Columbia University’s Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program, and the CIO Executive Council Pathways program. He holds a B.S. in business information and an MBA, both from the University of Phoenix.
