Old Chicago Pasta & Pizza has changed its name, revamped its menu and is updating the look of its eateries in an effort to foster the feel of a neighborhood craft beer tavern, the company said. Now called Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, the eateries each feature at least 25 local and regional craft brews on tap, as well as an expanded menu with more salads, sandwiches and appetizers meant for sharing.
