NYC’s construction spending to exceed $30B in 2012

For the first time since 2008, New York City’s construction spending will top $30 billion, having risen 9 percent in 2012, according to The New York Building Congress. Citiy officials say it is fast-tracking $1 billion in “critical” infrastructure projects. Read the Bloomberg story here.
