An 11-story tower may be added to the historic Seelbach Hilton Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The joint owners, Louisville-based Musselman Hotels Management and Rockbridge Capital of Columbus, Ohio, say they also plan extensive upgrades to the hotel, one of the city’s largest.
