Neiman Marcus files for bankruptcy with plans to emerge

Neiman Marcus has filed for bankruptcy protection and obtained $675 million in financing that will allow the retailer to continue operations until it emerges from bankruptcy this fall. The company says it has a further commitment of $750 million in financing to ensure liquidity after proceedings are complete. Read the CNBC story here
