Early signs of construction have appeared at two mixed-use projects in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with each to offer space for offices, retail, restaurants and recreation. The Cherapa Place project, valued at $225 million, will add three buildings to the existing Cherapa I, and the Steel District complex is valued at $200 million, with three buildings to rise on 11 acres.
