Marina Pointe construction underway in Tampa

Master developer BTI Partners announced today that construction is now underway for Marina Pointe’s luxury condominiums as well as the 150-slip marina and impressive retail center for Westshore Marina District, South Tampa’s newest walkable waterfront community. Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, BTI Partners CEO Noah Breakstone and COO Kevin Mays, local dignitaries, and construction and retail partners celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony on Feb. 27, 2020.

Plaza Construction is the construction manager for the project. Prior to the formal groundbreaking, preliminary marina and site work commenced in late 2019. Initial tower move-in is anticipated to take place 24 months from groundbreaking, and the retail component will begin delivery in the first quarter of 2021.
