Chicago-based barbecue chain Pork & Mindy’s will open 200-square-foot eateries in 28 Mariano’s stores this year. The restaurant chain operates six units in three Midwestern cities; Mariano’s has 44 Chicago-area groceries with prepared food offerings that include pizza and gelato stalls and sit-down sushi bars.
