Lowe’s will open its first Texas outlet store in a former warehouse it closed in 2019, according to The Dallas Morning News. The Lowe’s Outlet, slated to open sometime this year in Irving, will sell scratch-and-dent appliances that will come with manufacturers’ warranties as well as dryer vents, refrigerator filters and other appliance accessories.
