Kroger store in Dallas to try full self-checkout format

Kroger will use one of its smaller stores in Dallas to pilot a full self-checkout program that features kiosks built to accommodate larger purchases, according to The Dallas Morning News. The test will begin Feb. 17 and the Dallas site is, so far, the only Kroger location scheduled to test the idea.
