Kindred restaurant group grows with fast-casual Milkbread

Joe and Katy Kindred, the husband-and-wife team behind North Carolina restaurants Kindred and Hello, Sailor, have expanded their restaurant group with a new fast-casual eatery called Milkbread. The cafe serves salads, sandwiches and fried chicken along with its signature item, a fluffy yeasted doughnut. Restaurant Hospitality online
