Jose Andres is entering New York City with a bang by opening several new eateries all at once. Mercado Little Spain at Hudson Yards will include a market selling canned Spanish seafood and dry goods, kiosks for churros and patatas bravas, a restaurant centered around open fire cooking and a cocktail bar.
