JE Dunn Construction has named industry veteran Robert Sunukjian as senior construction and estimating manager in the company’s Raleigh, North Carolina, office. Sunukjian’s industry experience spans 25 years, including, most recently, leading the preconstruction division as a vice president of preconstruction and business development for another general contractor.
Sunukjian has delivered projects for an array of clients, including North Carolina State University, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and East Carolina University, in higher education; the City of Raleigh; and corporate clients such as Syngenta, Stallergenes Greer, Novo Nordisk, and Grifols.
He currently serves as chairman of the board of Morrisville Innovation Foundation, a program of the Morrisville (North Carolina) Chamber of Commerce, and is past president of the Greater Triangle Chapter of International Facilities Management Association.
He lends volunteer support to the Morrisville Chamber’s annual East Meets West Festival.
Sunukjian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Facilities Management, Planning and Design from University of Buffalo.
