Fuzzy’s Taco Shop to grow with smaller spaces

Fast-casual chain Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has created a smaller format set to debut in Minneapolis next month. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Taqueria locations will be less than half the size of the chain’s typical restaurants and feature a streamlined menu that will offer franchisees a more affordable growth option.
