Fox Restaurant Concepts has launched a takeout-only version of its fast-casual concept Flower Child, and created a new virtual concept called Fly Bye To Go that will offer pizza and fried chicken. Fox, which was acquired by The Cheesecake Factory last year, will offer online ordering and pick-up and delivery options for both concepts, which will debut in Arizona.
