Anthony Zuiker, creator of the “CSI” TV franchise, has joined with restaurateur Scott Godino Jr. and Planet Hollywood veteran John Polizzi to create Fly Pie, an aviation-themed drive-thru pizza concept. The first unit, designed to look like an airplane hangar, is scheduled to open in Las Vegas in April and the partners plan to roll out more corporate locations before launching a franchise program.
