Fast-casual concept The Hatchery began as a ghost kitchen

FSC Franchising, the parent of Beef O’ Brady’s, has created a fast-casual chicken concept called The Hatchery that began life as a ghost kitchen amid the pandemic. The Tampa, Florida restaurant had been slated to open in April, but instead it spent its first eight weeks testing the menu and operations with off-premises diners before opening to the public.
