In a disastrous year for many organizations, at ENTOUCH, we made significant advances toward excellence.   We released cutting-edge machine learning technology to improve data accuracy, reached 1 BILLION kilowatt-hours of savings across our customer portfolio, received several prestigious awards, and continued supporting volunteer programs within our industry and community.

ENTOUCH donated and installed an energy management solution for the entire facility while other RFMA members donated much-needed supplies to allow the soup kitchen to continue serving the community. Jan Stephenson, the director of Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen, said, “This year, we are the lucky ones chosen, and we have been so thrilled and humbled by everybody that came down,”
