Denny’s to buy Florida-based breakfast chain

Denny’s will pay $82.5 million to acquire 52-unit Orlando-based chain Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, in a deal slated to close later this year. The breakfast and lunch concept, which opened in 2006 as Florida Waffle Shop and changed its name four years later, will continue to operate as a separate banner. WFTV-TV
