“Luis’s critical eye, unique portfolio of work, and international reach has equipped him with a distinct skill set that will bring tremendous value to our growing team,” says Ken Colao, Founding Principal & President at CNY Group. “As the world’s expectations continue to evolve for the level of quality and efficiency of both the construction process and the buildings themselves, Mr. Gutierrez will bring a new level of dexterity to our brand.”
