Chicago begins $3.7B infrastructure initiative

Chicago has initiated a $3.7 billion, five-year plan to repair and upgrade streets, bridges, drainage and other infrastructure. The project affects all 77 neighborhoods and is expected to create thousands of jobs. Read the WGN-TV story here
