Changes to San Jose retail center include 990 residences–

Plans are underway to redevelop a section of San Jose’s El Paseo de Saratoga with 990 residences and a 166,000 square foot commercial development with retailers and restaurants. The developers plan to keep a portion of the shopping center that includes several retailers and a movie theater. Read the San Jose Mercury News story here
