Cava Group grew from 66 to 326 restaurants with its $300 million acquisition of Zoe’s Kitchen, and the deal will help further Cava’s mission of bringing the fast-casual Mediterranean concept to more communities. Plans call for converting 12 Zoe’s eateries to Cava units in the first half of this year, and the company will accelerate the remodel rollout in the second half.
