Vegan restaurant chain By Chloe has changed its name to Beatnic, in honor of the Greenwich Village neighborhood where it was created, and adopted the slogan “100% Vegan, 100% Delicious.” The changes stem from a bankruptcy filing and a lawsuit that barred new owners Sisban Foods and Kitchen Fund from using the By Chloe name and trademark.
