Burned Minneapolis mall will be redeveloped

Minneapolis’ Karmel Square Mall, which was burned during May’s unrest in the city, will be redeveloped into apartments, offices and retail space. The Minneapolis Planning Commission preliminarily approved the development but it must also be approved by the city’s Zoning and Planning Committee and City Council. Read the Star Tribune story here
