Following the launch of several of her Savage x Fenty lingerie shops inside malls, Rihanna has signed a 10-year lease at the rate of $650,000 annually on space in Brooklyn, New York that will mark the brand’s first freestanding location and also its largest. The 6,100-square-foot store will be in the three-story Triangle building on Park Slope’s Flatbush Avenue in a high-traffic area near Barclays Center and Atlantic Avenue’s subway complex. The Real Deal
