Bayer Properties Leasing Marketplace at The Bray

Birmingham, Alabama-based Bayer Properties has been engaged by M&P Shopping Centers to lead leasing efforts for Marketplace at The Bray, a 62,787-square-foot, Publix-anchored neighborhood center in Liberty Park in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

Marketplace is located within The Bray Town Center in Liberty Park, a new 700-acre mixed-use, master planned community, which is in its early stages of development and when completed will be the heart of Liberty Park’s hometown plan. The Marketplace was developed in 2020 with 62,787-square-feet of retail GLA. The center has a mix of national and regional tenants, including Planet Smoothie, Papa Murphy’s,
F-45 and Easy Vet.
