As restaurants reopen, seating moves outdoors

Some cities around the country are cutting permit fees and requirements to allow eateries to reopen with outdoor seating. The trend has resulted in a surge in outdoor dining areas, according to OpenTable data, but it’s also raising concerns about disrupting neighborhoods and taking a bite out of local tax revenue.
