As of October 1, 2021, Square Care will become known as Square Care, an APEX Surface Care Company.

The company will continue to be led by Jay Natale, now division President. Natale has worked at Square Care for 25 years, working closely with founder Scott Price while also building the data center cleaning division of the company. He will also be joining the leadership team at APEX.
