ALDI has invested so heavily in the Minnesota market that it is likely to soon exceed the number of locations of locally based Cub Foods. ALDI has surpassed its anticipated $34 million investment in store openings and remodels in the state, with 25 stores already renovated and two more expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
