A year after Superstorm Sandy, rebuilding continues, challenges remain

One year after Superstorm Sandy showed Eastern states an overwhelming display of the power of nature, states are set to get $5 billion in a second round of federal funding for repair work. More than 27,000 households are still displaced as businesses and homeowners struggle to rebuild.
