$2B Army base transformation attracts developers

Fort Monmouth, a decommissioned Army base in New Jersey, is the site of a $2 billion redevelopment that will include 1,600 housing units, 300,000 square feet of civic or government space, 500,000 square feet of retail and 2 million square feet of office space.
