$110M development planned in Michigan includes hotel

A $110 million mixed-use development is being proposed for a property in downtown Muskegon, Michigan, where past plans to build a casino fell through, according to MLive. The plan includes single- and multifamily residential and retail space as well as a hotel and boating amenities.
