P2S Engineering announced today that they have established a Construction Management (CM) division. “Scotty Galloway joins the firm as Director of Construction Management to lead this new business unit. His expertise will help P2S focus on enhancing our services to existing clients and building new relationships,” said Kevin Peterson, CEO, regarding the formation of P2S Construction Management.
His expertise matters—while serving as an Engineer Officer in the US Army, Scotty began his construction career as an owner’s representative for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Alaska. After completing graduate school, he worked as Senior Project Manager for Clark Construction.
