Senet, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based software, global connectivity service platforms and network build-out for the Internet of Things (IoT), announced that Benjamin Doyle, Vice President Major Accounts, has been selected as a speaker at the Trimble Dimensions International User Conference. At the event, Doyle will discuss how the Internet of Things is driving operational advancements while underscoring how Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWANs) are providing cost-effective connectivity between in-field data sources and customer applications.
On Monday, November 5th at 4pm, Doyle will discuss how tracking and monitoring asset performance are meaningless activities unless they are operationalized. Doyle’s presentation will be supported by case study material illustrating how Trimble’s Water Division and Senet have partnered to improve water conservation and service levels by implementing LoRa®-enabled water monitoring devices on Senet’s LoRaWAN™ network. In addition, Doyle will explore how other industrial markets such as transportation and logistics, construction, agriculture and others can digitize industrial components to provide customers with enhanced operational productivity, predictable service delivery, reduced costs and increased quality of service.
“With more than 600 sessions for industry professionals across a wide variety of industrial markets, Trimble Dimensions offers one of the best ways to see first-hand how technology is transforming the way the world works,” said Benjamin Doyle, Vice President Major Accounts at Senet. “We are thrilled to be part of this exciting event and appreciative of our partnership with Trimble as we develop an ecosystem to ensure IoT realizes its full potential of delivering economic, environmental, and social improvements.”
Supporting the industrial IoT and other rapidly growing market segments, Senet provides LoRaWAN network coverage and connectivity readiness in over 80 countries, including a presence in 225 cities and 23 states covering a population of nearly 50 million people in the United States. Organizations looking to accelerate their time to market with LoRaWAN solutions can register for free access to the Senet Developer Portal which provides advanced development resources to register and manage LoRaWAN end nodes and initiate testing on the Senet network. Senet’s network coverage can be viewed on the company’s interactive coverage map.
