MOD Pizza has won $160 million in a new funding round from equity investors led by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. The fast-casual pizza concept has 433 units and plans to grow to around 1,000 restaurants by 2024, and will also use some of the money to continue building its digital ordering and loyalty programs.
