Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted a female-focused co-working company in the purchase of a historical treasure.

Carpe Diem Coworking, St. Louis’ first women in business coworking space, recently purchased a 120-year-old Queen Anne historic building located at 14356 Manchester Rd. for $252,500.  The 5,000-square-foot property is situated on nearly half an acre and has 16 parking spaces.  Jennifer Loeffel is the founder of the company, which will open its doors mid-January.  The facility will offer daily drop in usage, as well as monthly membership, for small female-focused businesses seeking a supportive community with office amenities.
