The unfinished Fontainebleau resort in Las Vegas has changed hands, with a group led by developer Steven Witkoff paying $600 million for the property. The move comes more than seven years after Fontainebleau was acquired out of bankruptcy by billionaire Carl Icahn for $148 million. Read the Bloomberg story here
