Delta Hardwood Flooring, Inc., upstate New York-based producer of high-quality wood flooring, has announced that Randall Stertmeyer and Patrick Wheeler have accepted invitations to serve on the firm’s Board of Advisors. Randy Bowers, President and Founder of the company, recently made this announcement.
For the last decade, Delta has primarily been producing OEM/private label products for major suppliers. Its new brand, Eagle Bay Hardwood Flooring, is the exclusive source of the soon-to-debut Frank Lloyd Wright Wood Flooring Collection.

Randy Stertmeyer, who currently serves as Chief Operations Officer of Communicators International, Inc., a marketing communications firm, spent four decades holding prominent positions in both the tile & stone and hardwood flooring industries. These include being Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Questech Metals Corp., and most recently, President/CEO of Green River American Hardwood Flooring.
Patrick Wheeler is a seasoned merger & acquisition specialist having major experience with both publicly listed and private companies. He previously was CEO of Vermont Composites, a private-equity backed aerospace engineering and manufacturing firm. He also has logged quality time within the flooring marketplace, as for seven years he was President/CEO of Questech Metals Corp., a producer of decorative metal tile materials.
Eagle Bay Hardwood Flooring is produced by Delta Hardwood Flooring, Inc. Randy Bowers, the firm’s owner, has 30+ years experience within his industry, specifically in the areas of brokering quality hardwood from around the world and also, in wood flooring manufacturing. The company’s state-of-the-art flooring mill was built in Boonville, New York in 2011. There was significant expansion at Delta in 2015, which included adding an oil-finish line and a major increase in production capacity and quality control. Delta/Eagle Bay has the total capability to do custom milling for special projects. Eagle Bay was the first hardwood flooring licensee of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
